try not to forget

this dinner was too good. ok so:

sautée some chopped red onion with olive oil, salt and pepper.
add prosciutto or spec, and fry it up. let it all get soft and sweet.

mix in approx. 8 fresh huge black figs picked off the tree, peeled and quartered

chop some fresh thyme and mix in. sautée for 5-10 minutes

serve over pasta, especially rotini. sprinkle with grated parmagiano reggiano.

eat it. freak out. try not to lick yr plate.
